Meow.
I would like this module to have high fitting requirements, similar to the cloak, so suits like the logistics couldn't just stack it and get 90% damage bonus. And then give a bonus to the assault, like the scout.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Why is this needed the TTK only increased on heavies and %20-30 8 seconds lol... That is way to high this seems like an I WIN button especially with damage mods being in high slots im sure armor users love this idea.. I would think %10 for 8seconds or % 20 for 4seconds and it would have ti be a long ass cool down... Obviously you didn't read the post.
Before you attack an idea, make sure to read it so you don't end up being a complete idiot.

This assumes that all the rifles are brought into balance, and the idea is that this makes an Assault suit a major threat within a brief window. The long cooldown stops it from being spammed, and the brief duration means you only really have time for one magazine at the most, so you need to make your hits count. Ahhh there we go thanks! Yeah definitely balance first would be a good thing then I could see this being a fun module if the cool down was long then % 20 wouldn't be bad.. Something along the lines of a cool down limiting it to so many times in say a 30min period ? 30 min would mean once a match. A match is 15 minutes.

Actually you are continuing to ruin this thread by still only seeing yourself in this matter its called humility good sir try it sometime.. I was simply adding locker room banter because the majority of your posts are pro armor and anti shields/anything that kills armor .... like I sad thank you for proving my point... Now back to business.. Try it yourself. Never attack another person, even if it's a passive attack, and don't expect to have the favor returned.
Besides, I did raise a good point from the very first point. You didn't read the post, you just went straight to typing how broken 30% damage would be.
I bet you didn't even take 5 seconds to think about what to type, and completely ignored the rest of the thread.

I said, So many times in 30minute period I've had many domination and even skirmish matches easily last 30 mins... Basing it off of a 15 minute window is assuming everyone can complete a match in 15mins... but let me break it down in catmerc match time if this module can be used 8times in 30 mins then it can be used 4times in 15minutes... So what's that a 3.75minute cool down this may or may not be to long but let me put a humble disclaimer in here (this is the section for ideas and discussion) so lets discuss... I dont think its to long because theoretically a whole 6man squad could run it and alternate damage and cool downs kind of like a ultimate ability in MOBAS.. I wasn't seeing a red, I just honestly didn't understand what you were saying.
Anyhow, this isn't a MOBA, this is an FPS, and an equipment with a full 210 seconds cooldown with 8 seconds duration... I would just use a nanohive and not bother.
This isn't nearly as broken as it would seem if you actually took a minute to think about it. At most you would get a single clip out in the 8 seconds you get, that's one clip of extra damage.
My intentions is to have a fun game for everyone.
If I seem to be biased, I have good hard data to back it up.

I know multiple people running a complex damage mod and holding a 4+ KDR in every match I can guarantee you with this module even the people that DO NOT run damage mods will... Sure when you're talking +5 people may or may not run modifiers but when your talking about going from % 15 +5 = % 20 or even %35-38 you can bet people will stack them instead of extenders... They can do whatever they want, pub matches are easy. But shield extenders are superior, mathematically and logically. They simply are.
